E.l.f Hemp Skin Care Kit

Most recently I tried out this E.l.F Hemp Skin Care “Hit Kit” for something a bit different. I love the play on words and I can verify it is very sensitive skin friendly. It also makes a cute and affordable gift! Check out what I think of each product individually below.

All the Feels Facial Oil

All the Feels Facial Oil was by far my favorite item in the kit because its small but powerful. I always love a good face oil and this one does not disappoint. It’s hydrating and easily works into the skin. I like to use the oil to give myself a nice face massage while it absorbs. The fragrance is light and I would definitely use this again.

Happy Hydration Cream

The Happy Hydration Cream is a nice and light moisturizer. Again I like to work this into the skin and let it absorb fully before putting anything else on. I don’t have particularly dry skin but this face cream was not as moisturizing as I would have liked. But great for someone looking for a lighter cream.

Puff Puff Primer

The best thing I like to see in a primer is that is light and doesn’t leave a film. The Puff Puff Primer absorbs quickly and you can barely feel it there. Yet it definitely does the job and helps smooth the skins surface. The only downside to this primer for me was the fragrance was a bit too strong. As someone with a sensitive nose I was not particularly fond of it.

Calm Balm

The Calm Balm was my least favorite item in the kit, only because I do not use chapsticks and balms much because I feel they can dry out the lips more. I do have to point out though this balm includes a variety of oils, including jojoba oil. I prefer to use lip oils myself because they are so hydrating.

For me this kit is the perfect pre or post travel routine. I would not use these products on a daily basis but more once in awhile. Rather this is the perfect refresh for the face after a day of traveling. You can find this kit at Target.
